ChartTrader
ChartTrader is a Ninjascript Strategy which allows one to place buy and sell orders manually. The Chart Trader facility of NinjaTrader is very useful but sadly one cannot use any strategy while the same is on. Besides the Chart Trader has an order confirmation popup dialog, which sometimes can be very nagging. ChartTrader tries to removes these anomalies. Being a Ninja Strategy itself, one can put up other strategies too with ChartTrader. Besides there is also no nagging order confirmation popup dialog. The orders placed by ChartTrader are Unmanaged, a new feature unleashed in NT7. All pending orders are listed and one can modify or cancel the orders at a click of a button. Keep in mind: Only the quantity and the price can be modified. The order action or the order type cannot be modified. for example a buy order cannot be modified to a sell order. Again a limit order cannot be modified to a stop or market order etc etc. Disclaimer: ♀ It is tested in Sim only. ♀ Like any NinjaScript ChartTrader will be reset if the charts are refreshed (by pressing F5 or chaing the periodicity of the chart). ♀ Use it at your own risk.
